乐团简介
亮声室内乐团是由国际著名指挥家陈亮声先生的名字命名，传承亮声先生在海外多年关于音乐实践与文化理念紧密结合的造诣与情怀， 融合核心团队成员的音乐追求、艺术创新以及国际视野等，开启亮声室内乐团的创建之旅。
亮声室内乐团旨在链接海内外音乐家、艺术家资源，培养音乐精英人才梯队，而在演出交流中，我们将继续保持开放与兼容，将中国文化的语境，融入到西方音乐里，中西合璧，促进中国、亚洲、欧美等海内外多元文化的交流，提升跨文化沟通与传播，共同助力于中国音乐事业的发展。

Raylliant Chamber Orchestra is named after well-known conductor Mr. Chen Liangsheng. It inherits Liang Sheng's attainment and sincerity combining his music practice and cultural concept during his many years’ overseas stay, and also integrate the musical pursuing, artistic innovation and international vision of the core teams, hence we start the journey of Raylliant Chamber Orchestra establishment.
Raylliant Chamber Orchestra aims to link the resources of musicians and artists at home and abroad, and cultivate the elite musician team. During the performance and show, we will maintain open and inclusive continuously, combine Chinese and Western elements, and promote the exchange of domestic and overseas cultures, including China, Asian countries, European Countries and USA. Eventually, we may enhance the inter-culture communication, and support Chinese music industry development.
Therefore, we are looking forward to recruit professional performers at China and overseas.

四、岗位录用及待遇
Job offering
l 报名者被录用后将签署劳动合同，在通过试用期后成为乐团正式演奏员；
l 室内乐团演奏员均按其席位确定薪资职级；
乐队首席薪资：面议；
中提琴/大提琴首席薪资：面议；
团员薪资：税前 15000 元人民币/月；
l 每场演出 2000 元人民币起，音乐季 3-4 场演出除外；
l 每年享有四周集体休假，并享有五险一金。
l The applicant will sign a labor contract after being employed, and will become a full member of the orchestra after passing the probation period;
l Chamber Orchestra players are paid and graded according to their seats;
Concertmaster salary: negotiable;
Principal Viola / Principal Cello salary: negotiable;
Salary of league member: RMB 15,000 per month before tax;
l Starting from RMB 2000 per show, except for 3-4 shows in the musical season；
l Enjoy four weeks of collective leave and five social insurance and one fund every year.
五、报名条件
Entry qualification
l 思想品质优秀，具有出色的专业技能、职业风范和履职能力。
l 身体健康，无违法犯罪记录。
l 具备流畅的英语交流能力，能够适应外语环境的排练及工作环境者优先。
l 有海内外专业乐团工作经验者优先。
l Ethical, professional and with outstanding musical skills,
l Good health, no criminal record.
l Fluent in English is preferred.
l Overseas Professional orchestra experience is preferred.
六、报名材料
Application Document
l 提交个人简历（个人信息、教育背景、演出经历等）。
l 提交毕业证、学位证、获奖证或此前工作证明的扫描件。
l 提交本人标准 2 寸彩色证件照。
l 提交报名者本人演奏指定考试无剪辑片段视频（任选一首独奏作品）20 分钟为宜
注意：上述视频文件的命名建议为：姓名+报名职位；
l Submit resume(Personal information、Education experience、Performance experience )
l Submit scanned copies of ID card or Passport, Graduation certificate, Degree certificate, Award certificate and Previous employment certificate.
l Submit 2 "color ID photo.
l Video of the applicant performing the designated work without editing (optional solo work) is required for registration.
PS：The above file name is suggested to be as：Your name + Position applied.
七、报名方式

l 并在邮件主题注明“姓名+报考职位”
如遇视频文件过大，可上传视频网站或云盘平台，并将相关链接通过邮件提交。

l Put "Name + Position applied" in the subject line.
If the video file is too large, you can upload it to the video website or cloud disk platform and submit the related link via email.
八、考试内容
Audition Content
初试
l 上述报名时提交视频自选作品：时长 20 分钟的无剪辑演奏视频（可带伴奏）发送至tongchen1209@hotmail.com
l 视频资料初审之后，亮声室内乐团将通知初审通过的报名者参加考试。
l 通过初审的报名者需按招聘办公室的后续通知参加考试，交通与食宿等费用自理。
l 室内乐团可提供钢琴伴奏老师，需提前 20 天提交钢琴伴奏谱）
复试（现场考试，由乐团统一安排钢琴家伴奏）
规定作品：
l 小提琴:巴洛克时期作品一首，古典时期作品一首。
l 中提琴:巴洛克时期作品一首，古典时期作品一首。
l 大提琴:巴洛克时期作品一首，古典时期作品一首。
l 低音提琴:巴洛克或古典时期作品任选一首。
Preliminary Test
l When registration, the video of the applicant performing the designated work without editing (optional solo work) is for the preliminary test.
l After the screening and certification of the video materials, LiangSheng Chamber Orchestra will decide who pass the preliminary exam and inform them to take the secondary exam.
l Applicants who have passed the preliminary exam are required to take the exam according to the further notice of the recruiting office, and applicants will bear the transportation and accommodation expenses incurred accordingly.
Please inform the recruiting office the Piano accompaniment Score 20days in advance if needed
Secondary Examination （Live Test）
l Violin: One piece from Baroque period, one piece from classical period.
l Viola: One piece from Baroque period, one piece from classical period.
l Cello: One piece from Baroque period, one piece from classical period.
Contrabass: One piece from the Baroque or one piece from classical period.
