广州南联航空食品有限公司(以下简称南联)是一家主营航空配餐服务和地面业务的中外合资企业,成立于1989年11月21日,现由中国南方航空股份有限公司控股,法国SERVAIR公司、香港锐联公司、香港盈信公司参股经营管理。

Guangzhou Nanland Air Catering Company Limited (hereafter referred to as “Nanland”) is a sino-foreign joint venture primarily specializing in air catering business and ground business.

Founded on November 21, 1989, Nanland is majority-owned by China Southern Airlines Company Limited, with France-based SERVAIR, Hong Kong-based Sharpland Investments Ltd and Yingxin Industrial Group Co., Limited as participating shareholders.

南联下属有16家分子公司, 日均配餐量可达30万份,日均服务航班2200余架次,为50多家中外航空公司提供配餐和机供品等服务,是中国民航生产规模最大、配送航班最多、产品质量最优的航食公司。目前南联北京分公司是全亚洲单体最大配餐基地,伴随大兴机场首航已正式投运,自2019年起全力支持南航“广州-北京“双枢纽”航空发展战略。

Nanland has 16 branches and subsidiaries  with an average daily catering capacity of up to 300,000 meals. Serving over 2,200 flights per day, the company provides air catering and in-flight supplies services to more than 50 domestic and international airlines. Nanland is the largest air catering company in China’s civil aviation industry with the most flight deliveries and the best product quality. Nanland Beijing Air Catering Branch, the largest air catering base in Asia, officially started operation along with the inaugural flight at Beijing Daxing International Airport, contributing to the Guangzhou-Beijing "dual hub” development strategy of China Southern Airlines since 2019.

行政总厨 Executive chef

2、岗位职责 Job responsibilities

(1)负责制定南航餐食产品研发发展战略和工作目标,建立健全南联航食系统产品研发管理制度体系,负责统筹航食系统各单位的餐食研发工作,牵头与外部餐食研发资源合作,引进新技术、新产品。

Responsible for formulating the catering product development strategy and work objectives for China Southern Airlines, and establishing and improving the catering R&D management system for Nanland. Responsible for coordinating the menu development of all catering units within Nanland, leading cooperation with external catering development resources, and introducing new technologies and products.

(2)负责统筹国内外航客户和国际外航客户选改餐和重要活动餐食保障等工作安排。

Responsible for coordinating meal selection and re-selection by domestic and international airline customers and arranging meal services for important events.

(3)负责南航国内外配餐供应商的选改餐工作,为配餐供应商及餐饮团队提供实际的技术支持。

Responsible for coordinating meal selection and re-selection by domestic and international catering suppliers of China Southern Airlines, and providing strong technical support to catering suppliers and teams.

(4)负责主持研发中心餐食研发工作,组织团队研发创新餐食,完成中英文餐谱的设计及制订,落实公司在餐食研发方面的年度工作目标。

Responsible for leading meal research and development, at the company's R&D center, organizing the chef team to develop new meals, designing and formulating menus in both Chinese and English, and implementing the company's annual targets in meal research and development.

    (5)负责建立健全航食系统产品品质监管和检查制度,负责对餐食出品质量进行把关,确保餐食卫生安全及餐食出品符合公司标准。

Responsible for establishing a sound product quality supervision and inspection system for Nanland, and ensuring that all meals meet the company’s standards of food safety and quality.

(6)负责建立健全航食系统厨师团队培训和人才考核选拔体系,负责对厨师团队进行管理、技术指导和培养。

Responsible for establishing and improving the training and skills assessment and selection system of the chef team within Nanland, and managing and providing the chef team with professional technical guidance and skill training.

(7)负责生产车间现场餐食制作、装配的指导工作。

Responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site meal production and assembly .

(8)负责产品生产和研发的培训工作,负责乘务长机上餐食服务的培训工作。

Responsible for meal production and R&D training, as well as the flight attendant's in-flight meal service training.

(9)根据工作需要,在公司同意下可引进技术团队。

Introducing technical teams as needed and with the company's approval.

(10)负责上级交办的其他事项。

Responsible for other matters assigned by the superiors.

任职资质   Qualifications

岗位要求 Job Requirements

1、年龄在60周岁(含)以下。

Under the age of 60 (inclusive).

2、具有国际或国内承认的厨师资格证书,或拥有烹饪技术、食品服务技术等相关领域学位。

An internationally or nationally recognized chef qualification certificate, or a degree in a culinary-related field such as culinary technology, catering service technology, etc.

3、具有3年以上国际航空配餐企业行政总厨或厨师团队领导经验者,具有知名新品研发厨房领导工作经验。

At least three years of work experience as Executive Chef or a chef team leader at international air catering companies, and experience in leading menu research and development at well-known R&D kitchens.

4、具有米其林星级餐厅工作经验或知名酒店总厨工作经验者优先。

Work experience at Michelin-starred restaurants or as Executive Chef at renowned hotels is preferred.

5、具有国际知名餐饮新品研发厨房领导工作经验、航空公司中央厨房领导工作经验或航空公司新品餐食研发工作领导经验者优先。

Work experience in leading  menu research and development at internationally well-known R&D kitchens, leadership experience at airline central kitchens, or new catering product development for airlines is preferred.

6、曾担任Skytrax全球排名前十名五星级航司行政总厨(副总厨)服务经验者优先。

Experience in serving Skytrax's top 10 five-star airlines as Executive Chefs (Sous Chefs) is preferred.

7、熟悉中餐、西餐、清真餐、日本餐、韩国餐、东南亚餐等多种餐食产品生产。

Well acquainted with the production of a wide variety of meals including the Chinese,Western,halal, Japanese, Korean, and Southeast Asian cuisines.

8、具备独立撰写餐食研发方案和各种餐谱配方并能设计制定原材料标准和制作工艺的专业能力。

Professional ability to independently write meal R&D proposals and various meal recipes, and to design and formulate raw material standards and production processes.

9、熟练操作Office办公软件,普通话标准,熟练的英文听说读写能力。

Proficiency in office software such as  Office, standard Mandarin, fulent English listening,speaking, reading and writing skills.

Comprehensive qualification

1、有较强的责任心和中英文沟通协调能力。

Strong sense of responsibility and communication and coordination skills in Chinese and English.

2、身体健康、吃苦耐劳,适应倒班工作制。

Good health, hard working, can adapt the rotating work shifts.

3、具有较强的团队协作精神和强烈的专业钻研精神。

Strong teamwork spirit and strong professional research spirit.

薪酬福利

行政总厨年薪为人民币50-60万元(具体面议确定),享受过节费、带薪年休假、探亲往返机票等福利。

The annual salary of the Executive Chef is 500,000-600,000 yuan (specific negotiable);

Employee welfare such as  festival bonus, paid annual leave, and round-trip flight tickets for family visiting.
